Welcome to Calvert Summer Programs

Welcome to the Calvert Summer Programs website. We are delighted you are going to spend time at Calvert this summer and are very proud to offer thirteen summer camps of varying themes. Calvert Summer Programs seeks to foster all campers’ creativity, imagination, athleticism, and sense of community in a safe and familiar environment. From robotics to basketball, there is something for everyone at Calvert in the summer.

Calvert Summer Programs is also very proud of this blog. You can find all the information you will need right here. There are descriptions of each camp in order to provide you with a sense of what to expect for your child this summer. Each director has carefully planned their day to present the most fulfilling experience possible.

Parents can also download the 2010 Application and 2010 Health Form from this website. Remember, all applications and health forms are due to the Director of Summer Programs by June 1, 2010. If you register online, please remember to download the Health Form and send it in. Unfortunately, your child will not be allowed to participate in camp if they have not turned in their health form. Please read these documents carefully.

We also ask all parents to drop off and pick up their children in the roundabout behind the middle school. Please visit the Policies Post for more details about the registration process, health forms, and other pertinent information. We hope this blog has answered all your questions, but if not please contact me. We look forward to seeing you this summer.

Sincerely,

David Skeen
Director of Summer Programs
